A Complete List of All the Times Donald Trump Has Broken the Law

Trump committed  felonies by inciting Vladimir Putin and the Russian government to hack an American citizen and release personal emails. It’s just the latest questionably illegal action by the Republican nominee for President, who has been sued over 3,500 times in his career, including 70 times since he kicked off his campaign. In fact, two groups have threatened to sue him this week for refusing to pay for services rendered. More chilling than even his potentially treasonous comments was his suggestion yesterday that, if he had the power, he would hack into the private communications of political opponents (and the Presidency would give him that power).

That’s terrifying.

It’s also just the latest illegal or potentially illegal act in the life and career of Donald Trump. Here’s a taste of Donald Trump’s other illegal activities:

— Donald Trump has a long history of not honoring contracts with construction companies

— Donald Trump has knowingly and intentionally defrauded Trump University students, fleecing them out of thousands of dollars

— He may have illegally coordinated with his SuperPac

— He illegally used corporate resources to pay an employee to write a political speech

— He violated federal law by claiming proceeds from various Trump products would go to charity, although there is no evidence that Trump ever donated the money to charity

— He violated IRS rules by using $12,000 from his charity organization to purchase a Tim Tebow helmet

— He violated election laws by emailing foreign officials to solicit political contributions

— He violated federal laws by offering Ben Carson a job in exchange for his endorsement

— His employees violated a U.S. trade embargo by pursuing commercial activities in Cuba when it was illegal to do so

— He’s run afoul of election laws by using campaign contributions to pay $6 million to his own businesses

— He violated Wisconsin election laws by talking with voters as they stood in line to vote

— He violated New York state education laws for operating a for-profit investment school without the required license

— His foreign policy proposals would violate NATO

— He’s violated copyright law for using copyrighted images without permission

— Many of the proposals he has vowed to pursue as President violate the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Eighth Amendments of the Constitution

— Trump broke New York state law by lobbying to prevent an Indian casino from opening in the Catskills

— His vow to use torture on suspected terrorists would violate the Geneva conventions. He would be committing war crimes.

— He broke anti-discrimination laws to keep a mob boss gambling at one of his casinos

— He violated immigration laws by misrepresenting his company on work-visa applications

Hillary Clinton has been investigated and scrutinized for decades. She’s endured years of partisan Congressional hearings, FBI investigations, and independent counsel probes. Donald Trump can’t even handle the scrutiny of having one year of tax returns examined, in spite of his own hypocrisy about the release of personal records:

Ted Cruz  was apparently unable to get through a thirty-minute speech about what a liar Donald Trump is without telling what Trump says is a lie of his own. If it wasn’t a lie, then it was either a very bad mistake, or a demonstration of intimate knowledge of Donald Trump’s penis—no real way to say. Only "hardened" Trump supporters like Goofy have a personal relationship with Trump's VD ridden penis.

Cruz was campaigning  through Indiana, and his campaign stops have featured swarms of angry Trump thugs. This morning, he reached a boiling point, holding a press conference lambasting hypocrite Donald Trump as an amoral narcissist and a pathological liar. Which is fair!

But then Cruz said this: (Emphasis ours.)

The President of the United States talks about how great it is to commit adultery, how proud he is. [He] describes his battle with venereal disease as his own personal Vietnam. He does the same projection, just like a pathological liar. He accuses everyone about lying.

Pretty damning, and true because Donald Trump  said he had a “battle with venereal diseases,” and what Cruz said is, in fact, a quote Trump made on the Howard Stern show.  Nonetheless, Trump very well could have had many different STDs and since he's a serial liar and a shameless manwhore it is more likely than not that he did. Who in their right mind would admit they had an STD? Certainly not a manwhore like Trump.

Trump did, in a 2004 appearance, make a comment about dating and Vietnam. But the entire point of his comment was to insist that he never caught an STD, in part because he had his personal physician check his dates beforehand. This one doesn't even pass the giggle test. Like decadent druggie Rush Limbaugh, it is more likely Trump is a Viagara and drug-fueled sex tourist on the prowl in places like the Dominican Republic visiting child prostitutes.

“You know, I’ll tell you, it’s amazing, I can’t even believe it. I’ve been so lucky in terms of that whole world,” Trump said, when Stern asked if it was awkward to have his potential dates screened. “It is a dangerous world out there—it’s scary, like Vietnam. Sort of like the Vietnam era.”

“It is your personal Vietnam, isn’t it?” Stern said. “It is, you’ve said it many times.”

With all the whores Trump has fucked over the years the odds of him not having several STDs are slim and none. Cruz got the keywords right, and accurately delivered the message, and in doing so claimed that Donald Trump admitted to having battled sexually transmitted diseases.

With Trump losing the election and is someone who has successfully painted as a liar—not to mention someone who wants to “open up” libel laws—he should probably be more careful in trying to hide his past statements.

Religion Ruins Everything

Religion is like cilantro, it ruins everything. This pictorial essay along with some great instrumental surf inspired music kinda sums it all up. Religion sucks and the more fundamental it is the worse it gets. The time has come to rid humanity of this deadly superstition. We can start by condemning it and ridiculing it and its followers. We can expose its lies and its history. 

In the US and Europe bashing Christianity politically correct and while that is a good thing we must not forget Christianity's evil fraternal twin, Islam. Both religions are scams used to control people, power and wealth and in that process the theft and carnage ensues. 

If there is a benevolent god/creator of the universe perhaps he/she/it is waiting for humanity to learn how to face reality but I suppose that notion is pretty much a pipe dream. One could argue that the carnage inflicted upon the innocent by the followers of the believers in the god of the Bible and the Koran knows no limits and seems to run counter to what we are as human but perhaps the answer is simpler. Maybe a lot of people are just no damned good.

Billions of Muslims and Christians pray every day to their cruel and evil entities Jehovah and Allah. Could this toxic energy be poisoning the collective unconscious?  Maybe we should counter it? Short circuit it? Neutralize it? Why not use social media to make the case against these to vile and deadly religions, their gods and their prophets/profits? I'm not talking about some sort of movement where everyone is in lockstep. I'm talking about people using their individual consciences to add their own thoughts and ideas to help end this scourge.

Any being who would create the Zika virus is pure evil and that is what God is. I'm not going to sugar coat it. Only vile and depraved being would inflict this horrible disease on his children.

This is what God designed the Zika virus to do to a baby. God also knows how much it would hurt the parents. 

God created the mosquito to spread it. God uses mosquitoes to deliver malaria. What a fucking douche bag.

God So Hates The World: John 3:16 and Free Will Exposed

John 3:16 says "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." That says God loves everyone, right? Wrong. Every so-called Christian in the world will cite John 3:16 as proof that God loves everyone. They don't have a clue what the verse means, and, under the guidance of the lying false prophets who make up the "Christian" landscape, twist it to mean what they want it to mean. We call that "wresting the scripture unto your own destruction." 2 Peter 3:16. It seems that if you're going to base an entire lying theology on one part of a verse, you would at least know what the verse means. But so-called Christians today are far too simple-minded and lazy to look into the matter. So we'll do it for you: the word translated "world" in John 3:16 is the Greek word "kosmos." The word never means "every individual of mankind who ever lived." In fact, the word has at least seven different meanings in the scripture, depending on the context in which it's used. It can mean Gentiles (as opposed to Jews); it can mean the world of believers; it can mean the world of unbelievers; it can mean the physical creation; etc. If you would actually read what the verse says, and read the context around the verse, you would find that the answer is right before your lying eyes - you just don't want to see it, because it conflicts with how your evil, dark hearts think God ought to be! The context is "the world of believers" (whether they are Jews or Gentiles). Those are the people God loves. Those are the people for whom Jesus died. Jesus didn't come to condemn those people - He came to save them. But everyone else is already condemned, because they don't believe. You'll say "but doesn't 'whosoever believes' mean that everybody has the chance to believe?" Nope. Turn a few pages to John 10 (you may be surprised to find that there is actually more to the Bible than John 3:16, but believe me, there is). You will find in John 10:11 that Jesus says "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep." Later on in verse 26, Jesus says to some unbelievers: "But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you." Uh oh - you John 3:16 heretics have a few problems on your hands. Jesus says He came to die for the sheep, and then proceeds to say that only His sheep can believe. In other words, only the people for whom Jesus died will believe. Note that the reason that unbelievers don't believe is BECAUSE they are not His sheep. This passage explains who the world is in John 3:16, and it's clearly not everyone. Furthermore, the only people who can believe are the ones whom God has ordained to eternal life. "And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed." Acts 13:48. So, if you have been ordained to eternal life, that means that you will believe, you are one of God's sheep, God loves you, and He sent His Son to die for you so you wouldn't be condemned. If you have not been ordained to eternal life, that means you are not one of His sheep, you NEVER will believe and are already condemned. My Take On It:  John 3:16-18 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.  According to John: 3:18 some people are already condemned and based on many other scriptures some people were condemned even before God created them. Scriptures that prove your salvation is predetermined by God and here they are. Acts 13:48, Rom.8:29-30 , Rom.9:11-22, Eph.1:4-5, 2 Th.2:11-12, 2 Tim.1:9, Jude 1:4 What I've told you here is the only interpretation that makes sense, because that is the only interpretation that is consistent with the rest of the Scripture. For example, God hated Esau! Romans 9:13. And He didn't just hate him - He hated him before he was even born and had done neither good nor evil! Romans 9:11. If He hates a person, He doesn't love everyone. For another example, there are billions of people in hell. If He loves those people, what a peculiar way of showing it! Our message to this evil world is that God hates you, and you better prepare for the return of Christ in power and glory. Jesus came the first time to save; and Jesus will come the second time in vengeance, because you do not obey the Gospel. It will be soon, and you will experience the wrath of the Lamb, face to face.
